The Website provides information about BerryWell Institute, its educational approach, demonstrations, access opportunities, program and institutional use, pre-launch or planned offerings, and ways to contact BWI.

2. Educational Information; No Medical Advice

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical advice, clinical direction, a standard of care, or a substitute for professional judgment, institutional policies, applicable law, or consultation with appropriately qualified clinicians.

The Website is not intended for diagnosing, treating, or managing an actual patient or for making real-time patient-care decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

The Website and materials made available through it—including text, graphics, logos, brand elements, photographs, videos, illustrations, interface images, demonstrations, page design, and other content—are owned by or licensed to BWI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the Website for lawful personal or professional informational purposes. Except as permitted by law or authorized by BWI in writing, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, scrape, systematically extract, or repurpose Website content.

• use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• interfere with or attempt to compromise the Website’s operation, security, availability, or integrity;

• use BWI names, logos, or brand materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

5. Information You Submit

If you submit a request, question, or other information through the Website, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

Do not submit patient information, PHI, medical records, confidential clinical information, or other information you are not authorized to disclose. BWI may delete such information if it is submitted contrary to these Terms.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a professional, educational, clinical, employment, partnership, customer, or other contractual relationship with BWI unless a separate agreement is entered into.

6. Analytics and Cookie Preferences

The Website uses optional analytics only after you choose to allow analytics. Information about analytics cookies, browser local storage, and changing your preference appears in the Website Privacy Policy and through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

7. Product Availability and Pre-Launch Information

Some Website content may describe planned, developing, limited-release, demonstration, or pre-launch capabilities. Availability, functionality, timing, pricing, and access options may change as BWI continues development and prepares for public launch.

Website descriptions do not create a guarantee that a feature, offering, access pathway, or launch date will remain unchanged unless BWI makes that commitment in a separate binding written agreement.

8. Separate BWI Platform

A Sign In or platform link may take you to the separate BWI simulator/learner application. Login credentials, account information, sessions, learner activity, subscriptions, and other platform functions are not processed by this marketing Website and are governed by the platform’s own terms and privacy notice.

9. External Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. BWI does not control third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of an external service is subject to that service’s own terms and policies.

10. Website Availability and Changes

BWI may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Website, and may correct errors or update information without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BWI disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

BWI may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
